The June 2022 Literary Titan Gold Book Award goes to 'Healing Yesterday's Tears' by Kyli Santiago

Atlanta GA, June 3, 2022 – The Literary Titan honored Kyli Santiago with the LITERARY TITAN GOLD BOOK AWARD for her debut poetry collection, Healing Yesterday’s Tears: An Inspiring Poetry Book about Overcoming Emotions and Discovering Love of Self.
As stated in the award announcement, “The Literary Titan Book Awards are awarded to books that have astounded and amazed us with unique writing styles, vivid worlds, complex characters, and original ideas. These books deserve extraordinary praise, and we are proud to acknowledge the hard work, dedication, and writing talent of these brilliant authors.” – Literary Titan
Kyli Santiago, an independently published poet and advocate for mental health and emotional well-being, was recognized as a standout among the world’s finest and awarded a gold award.
Throughout Healing Yesterday’s Tears, Kyli Santiago displays a poetic style rooted in free verse that is both artistically inventive and highly introspective. The poems in her collection deal directly with painful issues such as depression, suicide, emotional abuse, and other social and mental health problems in an unapologetic manner, with themes of self-love, inner strength, and healing interwoven throughout. In today’s world of sermonizing and one-sidedly optimistic poetry, this exquisite blend of authenticity and artistry is refreshing and a welcome change. And it is probably what won Santiago the coveted LITERARY TITAN GOLD BOOK AWARD.
During its recent review of Healing Yesterday’s Tears, the Literary Titan praised the award-winning poet’s work with the following words, “Reading Santiago’s poetry is like looking through the window to her soul. Her work gives hope to readers and shows them that the most adverse conditions can be overcome. I highly recommend Santiago’s work to anyone looking for the inspiration to love themselves again. Learning through adversity is one of the most challenging processes, but Santiago has mastered it–we are fortunate she has been led to share her experiences with the world.” – Literary Titan
Healing Yesterday’s Tears is 75 pages and is now available in paperback ($8.97) and eBook ($5.97) versions at Amazon and wherever books are sold online.
